Answer: Legal assistance is provided based on a written Letter of Engagement. Conversation between an attorney and a client before signing the Letter of Engagement shall be considered as pre-negotiations to sign the written agreement.
Question: What are the necessary documents to sign the Letter of Engagement?
Answer: To sign the Letter of Engagement, you shall present a passport or other identification document, but in case of a legal person – a document confirming the right of representation as well as fill in the client identification questionnaire.
Question: What is the fee for the legal assistance?
Answer: Law office works based on the hourly fee or, in individual cases, it is possible to agree about a fixed fee regarding fixed assistance.
